About Metal Mike

Metal Mike Chlasciak, guitarist of Halford, is an Axe Heaven Exclusives artist, which means his miniature replica guitars are only available in the AXE HEAVEN® STORE and/or Metal Mike’s official website.

Metal Mike is the guitarist for Halford, led by former Judas Priest singer Rob Halford. With well over a million records sold, Metal Mike and Halford have toured the world with Metal heavies like Iron Maiden, Ozzy Osbourne and Motley Crue.

Nicknamed Metal Mike by Halford due to his intense passion for metal, Chlasciak has toured with Bay Area thrashers Testament and recorded / toured with Sebastian Bach, the voice of multi-platinum Skid Row.

Mike, a scholarship graduate of Berklee College of Music, has also shared stages or recordings with Bruce Dickinson of Iron Maiden, Axl Rose of Guns N’ Roses and Geoff Tate of Queensryche, and has released three well-received solo instrumental records.
