The 1954 Goldtop electric guitar that is considered to be the one played by Carl Perkins on the classic record Blue Suede Shoes was sold at auction in the United Kingdom a few days ago. The recording of this song created one of the very first and most-influential Rock’n’Roll 45-RPM records ever!
